Processing and Delivery Times
Once an order is placed, we require 1–3 business days for processing.
- On weekdays, processing usually takes 1 business day.
- Orders placed on Friday evenings or during weekends may take slightly longer to process.
After processing, your order will be shipped. The average delivery time is 8–12 business days, depending on the shipping region.
COVID-19 Notice: Due to the pandemic, there may be unexpected delays in transportation and delivery. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Order Process
Our ordering process is simple and transparent:

- Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- On the Information page, enter your accurate shipping details. All fields must be completed correctly and completely.
- Click “Continue to Shipping” and review your shipping details once again.
- Click “Continue to Payment.”
